All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify pricing, descriptions, or discontinue items without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • We accept payments via Stripe, Revolut, Payoneer, and other secure payment gateways.
  • All transactions are processed in EUR/USD/GBP (currency may vary based on customer location).
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • We do not store your payment details—all transactions are securely processed by our payment partners.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping times vary by destination (3-10 business days for most international orders).
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply for international shipments—buyers are responsible for these additional charges.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom/personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and product names are the property of Speed Gifts Ltd.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our products is prohibited.
  • F1 team logos, driver likenesses, or official branding are used for inspiration only—we are not affiliated with Formula 1 or its entities.

6. Liability & Disputes

  • Speed Gifts Ltd. is not liable for:
    • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).
    • Minor variations in color, texture, or weave pattern due to handmade finishes or monitor display differences.
  • Disputes must be resolved directly with us before involving payment processors.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data (name, address, email) is used only for order fulfillment and never shared with third parties (except shipping carriers).
  • Payment details are encrypted and processed by Stripe, Revolut, or Payoneer—we do not store credit card information.

8. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
